About Our Returns Policies
Following are the details of the return policy that is applicable for all items sold on My Robo Box.
The Robotic Kit Box sold through My Robo Box, contains various components. For damageof any components, replacement can be claimed for those components. If the box as a whole is no longer needed, it can be returned in original condition and refund can be claimed.
Replacement can be claimed in case of the following:
- If any of the electrical or electronic components in the box is not working or defective, that shall be replaced.
- AIf any of the component in the box other than the electrical or electronic components are broken, that shall be replaced.
Refund can be process in case of the following:
- If the Kit Box as a whole is no longer needed, the same shall be returned back to the address mentioned in the Invoice.
- Once the Kit Box is received and it is found as similar to that as it is sent, refund shall be processed.
Criteria for return or replacement:
- Damaged/ defective items must be returned in the original condition as received in with all the accompanying accessories.
- Items that you no longer need must be returned in new all the original packing.
- The items sent back must reach us within10 working days from the date received.
- The time to replace is subjected to the stock availability of the Manufacturer.
